Tothler

Tothler is one of the greatest weapons inventors in encydros, he had nothing to fear except his own weaponry which unfortunately led to his own demise by another wielder. His demise by one of his own own weapons proved that his guns were truly flawless.

He now resides on Dutvutan, manufacturing new weapons for the Dutvutanian Empire.
